This framework agreement aims to cover the fuel needs for all vehicles in the commune of Coulommiers. The credit cards are valid for all fuels and must allow the supply of products necessary for vehicles (Adblue solution, 2% ready-to-use mixture) as well as additional services (toll, parking). Limitations will be possible for each card. Annual estimated quantities: for information purposes and not contractual, the average annual amount and volume of consumption is estimated at 75,000 EUR HT / 62,000 l. As an indication, the community will need approximately 77 flow-through cards at the start of the framework agreement, of which around 10 may be subject to additional services.
