The subject of this Tender are the rules of the procedure for the conclusion of a Contract for the execution of all the works, design, construction, supply, assembly, installation and testing, including all services, supplies and ancillary and related works necessary for its full execution, indispensable for the Design and Construction of a Multifamily Housing Building (26 dwellings) and a Residential Unit of Temporary Accommodation (4 dwellings)», under the terms and conditions resulting from the elements patented in this Contest, in order to ensure the complete execution of the works with efficiency, quality and at the lowest cost.
Lot 1: Design-Construction of a Multifamily Housing Building (26 dwellings);1. In accordance with and for the purposes of paragraph 1 of article 47 of the SPC, the overall base price of this invitation to tender shall be EUR 3,550,050.00 (three million five hundred and fifty thousand and fifty euros), excluding VAT, distributed among each of the lots as follows:
(a) Base price of Lot 1: EUR 3,053,250.00;
2. The values to be allocated to the design component are as follows:- LOT 1: EUR 103,250.00;
3. The values to be allocated to the construction component are as follows:- LOT 1: EUR 2,950,000.00;
Lot 2: Design-Construction of a Residential Unit of Temporary Accommodation (4 dwellings).b) Base price of Lot 2: EUR 496,800.00.
2. The values to be allocated to the design component are as follows:- LOT 2: EUR 16,800.00.
3. The values to be allocated to the construction component are as follows:- LOT 2: EUR 480,000.00.
