1. The object of the order is the delivery and installation of photovoltaic installations and solar collectors and biomass boilers in the municipality of Nałęczów. The order is implemented as part of the project “Eko — energy in the Municipality of Nałęczów — phase II” co-financed by the EU under the Regional Operational Programme of Lublin Voivodeship 2014-2020 Priority Axis 4 Environmental Friendly Energy Action 4.1. Support for the use of RES.

2. The Contracting Authority pursuant to Article 91 of the Pzp Act allows the submission of partial tenders, broken down into three parts of the contract:

1) Part 1 — delivery and installation of photovoltaic cells;

2) Part 2 — delivery and assembly of solar collectors;

3) Part 3 — delivery and assembly of biomass boilers.

1. The subject of part 1 of the order is the delivery and installation of sets of photovoltaic installations in the territory of the municipality of Nałęczów, including, inter alia:

1) supply and assembly of 213 pcs of solar installations with a mini power of 3.1kW, in 213 indicated locations;

2) installation of the supporting structure,

3) installation of photovoltaic panels on the structure with grounding,

4) installation of DC/AC inverters on the structure,

5) installation of designed electrical switchgear,

6) installation of designed electrical installations nn,

7) installation of compensatory connections,

8) PV monitoring system,

9) making electrical measurements of the entire system,

10) training of all users on the principles of operation, use, maintenance and safety related to the use of the installed PV installation,

11) development of detailed operating instructions and their delivery to users,

12) notification of the preparedness of the photovoltaic installation for connection to the distribution network,

13) supplement possible cavities of walls, ceilings, sealing of roofing material after passages of wires,

14. Other elements included in Annex 8a to the SWZ (design documentation) and the contract template of Annex 7a to the SWZ).

2. The Contracting Authority requires that the installation, in all parts, take no more than 3 working days following each other.

3. The Contractor of each task shall grant warranties and guarantees for the work performed for a period of not less than 5 years from the date of signing by the Contracting Authority and the Contractor of the final acceptance protocol.

4. The order should be executed, inter alia, according to the technical documentation of Annexes/Annexes Nos 8a, 8b, 8c to the SWZ.

5. Equipment, fittings and fittings installed during the execution of the order must be new, in accordance with the parameters set out in the technical documentation.

6. Implementation of the object of the contract should be carried out on the basis of the applicable provisions, in particular the Act of 7 July 1994. Construction Law (OJ 2020 item 1333 as amended), together with the implementing provisions, by the Contractor with the relevant experience, executive potential and having persons with relevant experience and qualifications.

1. The subject of part 2 of the order is the delivery and installation of sets of solar installations in the territory of the municipality of Nałęczów, including, inter alia:

1) two-collector installation/200 dm3, 24 sets — installation for 24 locations,

2) three-collector installation/300 dm3, 25 sets — installation for 25 locations,

3) the insertion and foundation of the warmers c.w.u.,

4) connection of the c.w.u. heater to the existing cold water installation.

5) assembly of the pressure reducer (within unqualified costs),

6) installation of the diaphragmatic vessel assembly, together with the safety group (check valve),

7) connection to the installation c.w.u. together with thermostatic anti-burn valve,

8) installation of the titanium anode in each warmers c.w.u.,

9) the installation combining sets of collectors with the warmer c.w.u. (lower hose of the warmer c.w.u.) and its warming,

10) installation of a solar pumping unit with fittings,

11) installation of the control system, automation and LAN module,

12) installation of the solar-diaphragmatic vessel assembly,

13) the manufacture of rinsing and pressure tests of the installation,

14) filling of the plant with a solar agent,

15) commissioning of the solar plant,

16) supplement the cavities of walls, ceilings and floors, repair of plaster, facades and its warming, sealing the roofing material after the passages of the wires,

17) the training of users and the transmission to the Ordering Authority of the training carried out, specifying what was the subject of the training,

18) drawing up and submitting the instructions for use,

19. Other elements included in Annex No 8b to SWZ (design documentation) and the contract template of Annex 7b to SWZ.

6. The subject of Part 3 is procurement for delivery and installation of biomass boilers in the territory of the municipality of Nałęczów, including, inter alia:

1) delivery and installation of 1 piece of biomass boiler with a power of 25 kW, assembly for 1 location;

2) disassembly of the old boiler and elements of the installation, which will be replaced (forwarding to the owner),

3) installation of fittings, equipment and other elements according to the technological scheme set out in Annex No 8c to SWZ (design documentation),

4) installation of the control system and the LAN module,

5) installation of a suppress with a clasp and attachment of the boiler to the existing flue duct of the chimney,

6) manufacture of rinsing, pressure tests of the installation, filling, venting and commissioning of the installation,

7) to provide instructions and train the User in the correct and safe operation of the installation and its maintenance,

8) replenishment, sealing cavities after the passages of the wires,

9) commissioning and participating in the technical reception of the installation,

10) before the installation of the boiler, it is advisable to establish the conditions of installation in the indicated location min. under the account of the location of the tray on the pellt and other relevant parameters of installation

11) transfer to the Ordering Authority a protocol for the reception of the boiler room, training and transfer of documentation confirmed by the User,

12. Other elements included in Annex No 8c to the SWZ (design documentation) and the contract template of Annex No 7c to the SWZ.
