The competition concerns entry into a framework agreement for planning, implementation and analysis of quantitative and qualitative surveys.

The value of the procurement is anticipated to be 1 000 000 — 4 000 000 NOK excluding VAT per year. The volume is an estimate and non binding and will vary greatly from year to year.

It is possible to submit tenders for one or 2 parts:

Part 1: planning, implementation and quality assurance for collection of data; and

Part 2: planning and implementation of different surveys and analyses.

A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders.
