The school association Odelzhausen is currently building a new elementary, middle and secondary school in Odelzhausen. The project is currently in the 2nd construction phase of a total of 2 construction phases.
The LPH 1-7 has already been provided by a TGA planner. This was not commissioned. The project is already at the beginning of the LPH 8, which is interim supported by another TGA planner until this VgV procedure is completed.
This office is considered a pre-selected candidate. Should it happen that the pre-occupied office should apply and be invited to negotiate the tender, the contract will be made available by the contracting authority to all participants in the tendering process in order to bring all bidders to the same level of information.
Subject of the contract are the services of the technical building equipment, groups of facilities 1, 2, 3 and 8 (HLS) according to § 53 ff HOAI 2013 with Annex 15, LPH 8 + 9.
If necessary, various special services will also be commissioned, in particular:
- Assumption of third party services from LPH 1-7
- Monitoring the removal of defects.
The new school building is the 2.Bauabschnitt of a total of 2 sections and is a separate Solitärbaukörper in skeleton construction.
The adjacent structure of the 1.Bauabschnitts wood construction is self-contained and already completed and thus not part of this process.
Both sections are connected to each other by means of a connecting passage. This is part of the 2nd construction phase and is therefore part of this procedure.
The administrative wing including the pavilion of the former school building, as well as the existing gymnasium will not be demolished, must be preserved and will be integrated into the plant concept of the second construction phase.
As part of the measure, which takes place during ongoing school operations on the site, a combined heat and power plant is to be built.
Due to the progress of the project, the contract negotiations are already taking place in week 32/2019. The contract should be awarded in August 2019 if possible. Start of service is directly after commissioning. Completion is scheduled for May 2020. Commissioning will take place in August 2020.
