The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement between one (1) contractor and Dar (hereinafter ''client'') regarding the supply of perennials, shrubs, hedges and forest plants to Dar N.V.
The framework agreement has a total duration of six (6) years, of which the first two (2) years are fixed and can then – under the same conditions – be extended three times by the client for a period of once two (2) years and twice one (1) year. The effective date of the contract is 01-07-2023.
