The Criminal Sanctions Agency ('Rise') and the Prison Health Unit ('VTH') tender the freight transport service between prisons.

As a rule, the transport service includes clean and dirty laundry, as well as the transport of medicines and other medical supplies to prisons located in different parts of Finland. In addition, prisoner suitcases are transported.

The transport service may be organised, for example, as regular route transport or exploiting the Service Provider's trunk transport.
