NBREM wishes to acquire an HR system capable of supporting a majority of the processes, such as HR strategies; recruitment; training and development; personnel administration; organizational development; deployment and exit of staff; employee data and reporting. The HR system should offer a user friendly, intuitive process flow, ease of use and process support for a multisite organization with up to 200 employees. The system does not necessarily need to be able to cover all processes to the same extent. The system shall be provided as Software as a Service (‘SaaS’) and include; system setup, configuration and implementation, and preferably migration of data from the existing system (ADL); all necessary underlying software licenses, software maintenance, hardware, operations, monitoring, service, upgrades, and any other product or service needed for the vendor to provide a holistic all-inclusive HR system delivered as SaaS with a 24/7 service level; incident management within the service level; 2nd/3rd line customer support; as well as continuous improvement function.
The SaaS solution and implementation services are requested by NBREM. The contracting party will be Norges Bank. Please note that subsidiary entities of NBREM (Norges Bank) will be additional recipients of the System Procurement and will require access and usage rights to the HR System to be procured.
