The subject of the order is equipment and transport services consisting of the rental of specialty vehicles, together with the driver for the pressure cleaning of the sewer system and cars, together with the driver for cleaning of the street hollow and inspection wells, intended for:
pumping and exporting water from the excavations after the failure of the stormwater drainage network,
pumping and exporting water from premises (e.g. cellars)
after intense rainfall,
pumping and exporting sediment from stormwater drains,
cleaning and freezing of rainwater drains, canals and wells and street grooves,
together with the transport of waste created during the work carried out to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority. The detailed scope and conditions for the execution of the subject of the contract shall be defined by the Description of the Order Subject (Annex 2 to SWZ) and the Contract Model (Annex No 9 to SWZ).
1. The subject of the contract is equipment and transport services consisting of the rental of specialty vehicles, together with the driver for the pressure cleaning of the sewer system and cars, together with the driver for cleaning of the street hollow and inspection wells, intended for:
pumping and exporting water from the excavations after the failure of the stormwater drainage network,
pumping and exporting water from premises (e.g. cellars)
after intense rainfall,
pumping and exporting sediment from stormwater drains,
cleaning and freezing of rainwater drains, canals and wells and street grooves,
together with the transport of waste created during the work carried out to the place indicated by the Contracting Authority. The detailed scope and conditions for the execution of the subject of the contract shall be defined by the Description of the Order Subject (Annex 2 to SWZ) and the Contract Model (Annex No 9 to SWZ).
The minimum number of working hours of equipment as defined in the Order Item Description (Annex 2 to SWZ) constitutes the minimum range of the contract that the Contractor should take into account when preparing the tender. The maximum number of working hours of equipment specified in Annex 2 to the Specification shall be defined by the right of options reserved for the benefit of the Contracting Authority. The Contracting Authority shall not guarantee the execution of the order within the specified maximum number of hours of operation of the equipment.
