The subject of the order includes the design, delivery, implementation of an innovative interactive bus whose function will be the implementation of an educational task in the field of safe participation in traffic. The implementation of the task will include designing an interactive bus as an innovative tool that will allow the promotion of positive behavior of traffic participants. The project involves the design and production of an innovative educational bus which will allow the use of interactive methods using a variety of teaching aids. The bus should be equipped with audio-visual tools and other useful ones for learning safe behavior on the road.

The Contracting Authority provides for the execution of the order in the task system, i.e.

Task No 1 — technical part (design, delivery of customized bus)

Task No 2 — IT part (design, supply of equipment of educational posts, software)

Task No 1 BC Technical part - a detailed description of the needs and requirements of the Contracting Authority together with a description of the nature and scope of the object of the contract is Annex No 1

The Contracting Authority shall provide the following preliminary timetable for

a.submission of applications for admission to participate in the proceedings, in accordance with the time limit set out in this procurement notice;

b.study of applications — September 2021;

c.Call for Competitive Dialogue — September 2021;

d.dialogue with performers — September - October 2021;

e.call for tenders — October 2021;

f.submission of tenders — October — November 2021;

g.resolution of proceedings — November - December 2021.

At the same time, the Contracting Authority shall inform that the timetable is frameworks and may change depending on the actual course of the proceedings and the possible appeal procedures.
