Framework Agreement for Services for Assistance to Project Management in the context of the implementation of a SiteX and the modification of the 48-month Regional Land Use Plan on behalf of the Brussels Planning Office (BBP)

perspective.brussels, as part of its Brussels spatial planning missions, has received a mandate to amend the Regional Land Use Plan (PRAS) in order to meet the objectives identified by the Regional Government in July 2019 (General Policy Statement — DPG). Details of the Government's order are detailed in the technical clauses.

The modification work will therefore aim to respond to these requests while updating the maps and requirements that require them.

AMO will assist perspective.brussels in the execution of this multiple mission. To this end, the framework agreement is divided into 3 lots (see point 1.7 of the CCS).
