Subject of the measure “Fit through everyday life” in accordance with Section 16 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 SGB II i V. m § 45 Abs. 1 S. 1 Nr. 2 SGB III
Is the identification, reduction or elimination of barriers to placement.
The aim is to improve the integration chances of people with health impairments through:
- the motivation of the customer to have an insight into their state of health;
- bringing about a change in attitude and behavior;
- the increase in self-esteem and initiative;
- increasing social skills;
- the increase in performance;
- the establishment of market proximity and
- to increase a practical test if necessary.
In particular, the aim is to ensure that the participants learn to deal with their health restrictions and to understand that health restrictions should not be equated with inability to work.
The physical and psychological ability of the participants to pursue a suitable job or, alternatively, to take part in the integration activities of the JobCenter should be strengthened.
The target group are unemployed, employable beneficiaries with health restrictions who make integration into the primary labor market difficult. It is not relevant whether the beneficiaries are available to the labor market on a full shift or only part-time. The health restrictions can be both physical and psychological.
The allocation period for a participant is 6 months. The measure is carried out part-time in the morning. Part-time participation comprises 20 hours per week. Daily attendance is required.
All modules are continuously accompanied by social pedagogues and health coaches.
The measure is designed for a total of 120 participants (8 groups of 15 participants each). Start every 3 months with 2 groups each.
- The start of the measure is April 1st, 2021.
- The end of the allocation corridor is January 31, 2022.
- The end of the measure is June 30th, 2022.
