By means of this European restricted tender, the DOVA partnership wishes to conclude an agreement with one contractor that will implement the management, maintenance and further development of the DRIS server including hosting and (optional) related applications.

This tender is divided into a Selection and Award phase. In the Selection Phase, a maximum of five Candidates are selected to submit an Enrollment in the Award Phase. In the Award phase, one Tenderer is contracted. All entrepreneurs who meet the requirements are cordially invited to submit a Registration. This can be done independently, in a joint venture (combination) and/or by calling on Third Parties.
