The tender is carried out with a view to concluding the Framework Agreement on the execution of closed school bus services for Allerød Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Entity). The journey includes the carriage of students who of the Contracting Entity can obtain free transport in accordance with section 26 of the Primary School Act.
The need will be dependent on the students' residence address and grade level as well as an assessment of the students' school road according to the rules on dangerous school road. Visitation is carried out by the Municipality in connection with the start of the new school year, and continuously by moving in and out to the Municipality.
The framework agreement covers driving throughout the school year, which is usually 200 days per year.
In the 21/22 school year, there has been school driving to and from:
- Blovstrød School
- Lynge School
- Lillevang School Driving Lists for the school year 21/22, cf. Appendix 3 - Driving lists, is thus only indicative of the scope, and is the background for the Offeror's offer, cf. Appendix 2.
Currently, free transport has been granted throughout the school year to 62 students.
Each school year is also granted free transport in the period 1 November - 28/29 February to children who, as a result of the rules on dangerous school road, see. primary school section 26, is entitled to free transport alone in this period.
In the period 1 November 2021 - 28 February 2022, this group comprised 14 children to/from Lynge School.
During this period, a total of 76 pupils were granted free transport, cf. Appendix 3.
The need for school driving may change during the Framework Agreement period, depending on which students are assigned to school driving. Thus, there may be a need to discontinue driving to a school or add a new school.
