The subject of this public contract is the operation and maintenance of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations of all the buildings of Paris Descartes University. On the other hand, any provision aimed at creating new installations or new equipment and more generally relating to the notion of works (new or extension) is expressly excluded from the public contract.

The market perimeter currently comprises 11 distinct geographic sites with a total area of 255,000 m 2 about which a IGH (69,265 m 2 ).
