Purchase of electricity for Ordering objects in Rzeszów — street lighting, traffic lights, objects of small architecture

The object of the order is the purchase of electricity to the existing pre-emptive points of the Ordering Party and new, connected to the DSO network, during the period of the order, for street lighting, traffic lights and lighting of architectural objects.

Estimated electricity consumption between 1.12.2021 and 30.11.2022 is approximately 12,800 MWh, including: 5,060 MWh in the day and round-the-clock zone and 7,740 MWh in the night zone.

The main energy consumption profile is street lighting, settled in two time zones (daily and night) of the C12b tariff and represents approximately 95% of the total demand. The remainder are traffic lights and other energy-consuming facilities in the round-the-clock area, in tariffs C11 and R.

The supply of purchased energy to the facilities will be through a distribution network owned by the local operator of the OSD, i.e. PGE Distribution SA. Branch in Rzeszów. Settlements for energy consumed will occur during the periods used by the DSO.

The location and description of the energy collection points shall be included in the Annex “List of MZD energy intake points in Rzeszów”, which is an annex to the proposed provisions of the agreement.

The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of increasing or reducing the amount of energy consumption points during the term of the contract, in accordance with the terms described in the proposed provisions of the contract. The sale of electricity for a new collection point not included in the Annex shall be carried out on the basis of an amendment to the Annex in question and shall be accounted for in accordance with the rules laid down for the original part of the contract and at the same billing rate.

The Contracting Authority expects to conclude one cumulative agreement for all the collection points listed in the Annex under 'List of energy intake points in Rzeszow', forming an integral part of it.

Implementation of the order should follow in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 - Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and the implementing acts of that Act.

A detailed description of the object of the order shall be determined by the list of MZD energy collection points in Rzeszów and the proposed provisions of the contract available in separate files.
