Stadtwerk Regensburg.Mobilität GmbH intends to build a new building for a so-called Zuberhaus with changing rooms and showers in black and white separation, cafeteria, meeting and training rooms and a foyer area on the premises of Markomannenstraße. In addition to the facilities of Stadtwerk Regensburg.Mobilität GmbH, the Markomannenstraße premises are also home to the central operating facilities of the Office for Waste Disposal, Street Cleaning and Vehicle Fleet (Amt 70) of the City of Regensburg. The Zuberhaus is intended to provide central functions for both facilities at the interface between the parts of the company premises.
With its functions, the Zuberhaus is a central facility for both Amt 70 and Stadtwerk.Mobilität. The changing rooms and showers to be set up in the building in black and white separation are to be made separately according to facilities. On the other hand, the other functions to be provided for in the new building, such as the cafeteria, training and meeting rooms as well as the foyer, are functions to be shared by all facilities. Among other things, Amt 70 is striving to transform waste disposal into a broad-based circular economy that encompasses all areas of life in Regensburg's urban society with the zero-waste strategy launched in autumn 2021.
Stadtwerk Regensburg GmbH is also pursuing the goal of being climate-neutral by 2035 through a city council resolution passed in 2021. In addition to reducing emissions, the aim is also to reduce energy consumption and emissions in the company's own facilities. The energy still required is to be obtained from renewable energies.
The planning services of service phases 5-9 must begin immediately after commissioning.
First of all, in the 1st commissioning stage, service phase 5 is commissioned in accordance with § 55 HOAI. Work phases 6-9 are called up in stages. There is no legal entitlement to a total commission.
