The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, semination, logging and breaking timber and maintaining educational and tourist facilities, to be carried out in the area of the Forest District of Andrych in 2022.

1) The subject of the contract is services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (text one: Journal of Laws of 2021 item 1275 as late as “Forests Act”) covering works in the field of forest farming and conservation, protection of the forest fire protection, harvesting and plucking timber to be carried out in the forestry area of Polanka Wielka in the year 2022.

2. The scope of the object of the contract includes the total quantities of work in the field of forest farming and protection, fire protection, logging and breaking of timber resulting from Annex 3 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Annex No 3.1. — work size by group of activities, activities and location;

Annex No 3.2. — timber collection sortyment system;

Annex No 3.3. — a statement of the distance and conditions of the spun off of wood.

3. The material ranges set out in Annexes No 3.1. - 3.3. are estimated.

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject matter of the contract are determined by Decision No 19 of the Director General of State Forests of 17 March 2021 as amended on the introduction of the “Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works” in the organizational units of the State Forests and Decision No 68 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Katowice of 14 October 2021 on the introduction of the regional “Describe of the standard of technology for the implementation of forest works” in the forestry region of the RDLP in Katowice into application. The detailed description of the standard of technology for the performance of individual forestry works (activities) included in the subject of the contract formed the basis for the determination of the quality requirements relating to the elements consisting of the object of the contract contained in the Annex No 4 to SWZ (Description of the standard of technology for the implementation of forestry works).
