The purpose of this consultation is to award a contract for carrying out general measurement campaigns in accordance with Article R. 213-48-7 of the Environment Code and with Appendix IV of the revised order of 21.12.2007 relating to the procedures for establishing charges for water pollution. In addition, in accordance with Annex II of the aforementioned decree, an evaluation of the systems for regular monitoring of industrial discharges must be carried out periodically so that the water agency can rule on the validity of the results provided. Likewise, the decree of 21.7.2015, relating to collective sanitation systems, requires water agencies to carry out a technical assessment of self-monitoring devices installed on networks and urban wastewater treatment plants ( See chapter IV). The market is treated at unit prices.
