The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of public transport in the area of operation of ZKKM in Chrzanów on bus lines no: B (including part of tasks on line A), La, Lb, Lc, 8, 25, 38 (including part of tasks on line 15) according to timetables with parameters specified in point 2.3 of SWZ.

1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of public transport on 7 bus lines in the circle from 01.04.2022r.to 31.03.2026r.

I. Bus line number B (including part of tasks on line A) of the relationship: Mętków Mały - Drubenki - Ziajki - Żarki - Libiąż Cmentarz (Libiąż Malnia Janina - Chełmek - Budzowy - Libiąż Malnia Janina),

II.Bus line La relation number: Trzebinia PKP - (Płoki) - Myślachowice - Gaj - Siersza - Myślachowice - Trzebinia PKP,

III.Bus line number Lb relation: Trzebinia PKP - (Siersza) - Myślachowice - (Płoki) — Lgota,

IV.Bus line Lc relation number: Trzebinia PKP - (Siersza) - Myślachowice - (Płoki) - Lgota,

V.Bus line number 8 relation: Chrzanów Dworzec Tymczasowy (Kard. Wyszyńskiego) - Borowiec - Maniska - Żarki - Libiąż Jupiter - Chełmek Młyny,

VI.Bus line number 25 relation: Chrzanów Dworzec Tymczasowy (Kard. Wyszyńskiego) - Chrzanów OCleanalnia - Zagórcze - Żarki - Libiąż - Chełmek Młyny

VII.Bus line number 38 (including part of tasks on line 15) of the relation: Temporary Station (Kard. Wyszyński) /variant Chrzanów Dworzec ZKKM - Borowiec - Maniska - (Zagórze) - Żarki - Zagórcze - Libiąż Jowisz (Chrzanów Dworzec ZKKM — Libiąż — Gromiec)

Total planned transport work on all lines covered by the subject of the contract over a period of 48 months is 2,147,584 carriage kilometers.

The Ordering Authority reserves the right to reduce or increase the transport work under the conditions described in paragraph 2.5-2.9 of the SWZ.

2) The Contracting Authority requires, during the execution of the contract, employment on the basis of an employment contract by the Contractor or Subcontractor of the mechanics of the repair workshop i.e. persons carrying out the work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Code work in the quantity necessary to maintain proper technical efficiency of buses. The detailed manner of verification of employment and sanctions for failure to comply with the requirements in this respect are set out in the contract model — Annex 9 to the SWZ.
