The object of the contract is the supply of “electricity and gas” energy for various legal entities.

The deliveries, which will be continuous deliveries, must be made to different addresses throughout the province of Liège.

Please note that the billing and delivery address may be different (see listing)

The market enters into force on the first working day following the date of notification of the award and will run for 36 months.

In order to cover a transition period with a new supplier, the contract may be the subject of amendments extending it to a maximum of six periods of one month.

The market is divided into lots as follows:

- lot 1: electricity

Delivery locations: see list in appendix.

The total estimated electricity consumption over 36 months is 1,816,041.11 kW / h distributed in days for 1,031,453.92 kW / h at night 524,381.78 kW / h and in single-phase 260,205.41 kW / h ;

- lot 2: gas… (see contract documents).
