1) The subject of the contract is the provision of services consisting in: - transport and management of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste from the area of the Transshipment Point leased by the Municipal Economy Plant in Golędzinów (plot no. 1/26 AM-1, Golędzinow precinct, Oborniki Śląskie commune), located in the area of the Oborniki Śląskie commune along with the provision of containers in which they will be prepared for transport to the places of management, - transport and management of biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste collected at the Municipal Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point in Golędzinów (hereinafter referred to as GPSZOK) together with its equipment in containers and containers (lease of containers and containers). 2) The following waste is to be collected from the area of the Transshipment Point and GPSZOK in Golędzinów: - unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste, - biodegradable waste (bio-waste) Estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected from the Commune during the term of the contract: waste collected directly from the inhabited properties Non-segregated municipal waste (code: 200301) - 4045,44 [Mg] Biodegradable waste - green waste (code: 200201) – 2 411.67 [Mg] waste collected at the GPSZOK Biodegradable waste - green waste (code: 200201) – 84.84 [Mg] The above amounts of waste were based on the reports of entities providing services in the field of waste collection from the Oborniki Śląskie commune in 2021. The above amounts of waste should be treated as indicative. 3) The execution of the subject of the contract will take place on the basis of a unit order. a) The Ordering Party shall provide the Contractor with information about the need to perform a unit order in writing, telephone, electronic or by fax - depending on the needs. b) The deadline for the execution of the unit order is to take place up to 2 working days from the date of receipt by the Contractor of the order. c) collection of waste from both the Transshipment Point and GPSZOK in Golędzinow will take place from the substituted by the Contractor transporting the waste to the place of its management. The contractor in place of a full container is obliged to substitute an empty one to ensure the constant possibility of placing waste collected from residents in them. 4) From 1 July 2020, segregation of biodegradable waste (bio-waste) has been introduced in the Commune, which residents segregate together with green waste. Property owners can throw biodegradable waste bags, with particular emphasis on bio-waste, among others: small branches, leaves, green parts of plants, fruits, vegetables, food residues (without meat and animal products). The classification of waste should take place during the collection of waste in accordance with § 5-7 of the contract, the annex of which is SWZ. Therefore, it is not possible to change the reclassification of waste after it has been delivered to the installation, because it is not possible to verify the correctness of the segregation of the waste concerned after emptying the containers. The Service Provider is responsible for the destruction or damage of containers / containers created in connection with the implementation of the subject of the contract due to the fault of the Contractor. 5) The Contractor should have a storage and transport base located, in the area to which it has a legal title, at a distance of no more than 60 km from the border of the Oborniki Śląskie commune (Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for collecting municipal waste from property owners, Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122). 6) The Contractor should equip the Transshipment Point with containers used to transport waste to the municipal installation and a second set substituted at the time of receipt of the filled ones.
