The FHNW concludes a service contract with a partner for the implementation, use and operation of a service management tool.

The object of procurement includes the following services:

- the implementation and integration of a service management tool

- the operation of this service management tool for the FHNW

- Implementation of change requests

- further development projects

With the award of the service, the FHNW reserves the right to follow-up orders after direct award.
