1. The subject of the contract is the performance of periodic inspections of rail buses SA105, SA108, SA133, SA134, SA1347 and SA139, namely:

a) the second (PU2) and third (PU3) maintenance levels;

b) seasonal winter inspections;

c) heating during the autumn-winter survey

Together with additional works that go beyond the permanent scope of a given review, which may arise during the implementation of a given review. The service will be implemented in accordance with the applicable cycles from the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) and the Operation and Maintenance Documentation (DTR).

2. The subject of the order was divided into six parts by vehicle series:

1) Task No. 1 - SA105 rail buses

2) Task No. 2 - rail bus series SA108

3) Task no. 3 - rail buses SA133

4) Task no. 4 - rail buses SA134

5) Task No. 5 - rail bus series SA137

6) Task No. 6 - rail buses of the SA139 series.

The subject of the order is the performance of periodic inspections of rail buses SA105 in accordance with the applicable inspection cycles contained in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) for this type of vehicles along with additional work going beyond the permanent scope of a given inspection, which may arise during the implementation of a given inspection.

The subject of the order is the performance of periodic inspections of the rail bus SA108 in accordance with the applicable inspection cycles contained in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) for this type of vehicles along with additional works beyond the constant scope of the given inspection, which may arise during the implementation of the given inspection.

The subject of the order is the performance of periodic inspections of rail buses SA133 in accordance with the applicable inspection cycles contained in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) for this type of vehicles together with additional work going beyond the permanent scope of a given inspection, which may arise during the implementation of a given inspection.

The subject of the order is the performance of periodic inspections of rail buses SA134 in accordance with the applicable inspection cycles contained in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) for this type of vehicles along with additional work going beyond the permanent scope of a given inspection, which may arise during the implementation of a given inspection.

The subject of the order is the performance of periodic inspections of the rail bus SA137 in accordance with the applicable inspection cycles contained in the Maintenance System Documentation (DSU) for this type of vehicles together with additional work going beyond the permanent scope of a given inspection, which may arise during the implementation of a given inspection.
