Mobile communications service with destined to the Administration of the Principality of Asturias (Councils), as well as the Organisms, Companies, Entities and Public Entities that appear in the Specification of Particular Administrative Clauses.

The service covered by this contract includes the following benefits:

- Basic mobile communications services: supplies of different types of mobile terminals, accessories and SIM cards, messaging, video call, mobile email, access to Intranet and mobile Internet, etc.,

- fixed-mobile interconnection service: through the interconnection of the Corporate Network of fixed telephony and data with the mobile network, the exchange of traffic between them will be facilitated. Traffic from fixed extensions to mobile lines will be routed through the service demanded and traffic with corporate mobile origin will also be routed through the service requested to the corporate fixed telephone network,

- partial establishment of terminal navigation through SPPA corporate internet connections,

- Virtual Private Network Management service - hereinafter RPV- and mobile terminals,

- sending and receiving services of mass messaging,

- inventory service,

- ensuring optimum levels of coverage in SPPA buildings,

- mobile coverage reinforcement services in special events,

- voice over IP services,

- Internet of things or IoT services,

- remote terminal management (MDM services), including security services,

- expense control service,

- specific services,

- satellite telephone services.

In accordance with the provisions of the thirty-third additional provision of the LCSP, it is a contract in which, the employer is obliged to execute it successively and by unit price, without the number of benefits included in the object of the contract is defined exactly at the time of concluding it, because they are subordinated to the needs of the Administration. In the event that, within the validity of the contract, the real needs were higher than initially estimated, the corresponding modification must be processed.
