The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract for emptying of sludge and wastewater from interceptors for sludge, grey water tanks, small treatment plants, and sealed tanks in Fredrikstad and Hvaler Municipalities as well as other assignments such as flushing pipes, emptying sand traps, oil and fat separators, etc.

The sludge sanitation service must be provided in accordance with the Norwegian Pollution Control Act §26, the municipality's own regulations and regulations for reception of sludge at the municipality's sludge disposal plants.

There are approx. 516 installations in Fredrikstad Municipality, and 183 in Hvaler Municipality. Most of these must be emptied once a year. The installations are of different sizes and design. The installations are emptied according to fixed emptying frequencies and will be full to varying degrees. There will also be a need for emptying by call-off for emergencies.

There will also be a need for other assignments such as flushing pipelines, emptying oil/fat separators, emptying sand traps, and other emptying and flushing jobs.

The contract value is estimated to be approx.:

Fredrikstad Municipality, NOK 1,500,000 - 3,000,000 excluding VAT/annum

Hvaler Municipality, NOK 1,000,000 - 1,200,000 excluding VAT/annum
