1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Chełmża Commune.
2. The scope of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate: inhabited, summer houses and other properties used for recreation and leisure purposes located in the Municipality of Chełmża and the provision of services related to the establishment, maintenance and operation of the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (hereinafter referred to as PSZOK), hereinafter referred to as the subject of the contract.
3. As part of the contract, the contractor will collect municipal waste from approximately 2,541 properties, with an assumed annual average waste stream of approx. 2,750 Mg/year.

4. The Contractor shall perform the subject matter of the contract in accordance with the submitted offer, the provisions of the Terms of Reference and the contract, the principles of technical knowledge, due diligence, as well as the applicable standards and required permits, according to the Contracting Authority's instructions, persons and equipment at the Contractor's disposal, taking into account the minimum requirements specified in the Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on detailed requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (Journal of Laws of 2013, item 122) and the provisions of law indicated in Chapter 3 of the Terms of Reference.
5. The manner of performance of the subject matter of the contract is included in the description and scope of the subject matter of the contract (Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference) and in the model contract (Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference).
