The contract concerns the HVAC work for the construction project. The contract shall be drawn up in accordance with the General Contracts Terms of Construction YSE 1998 for a form set out in accordance with the principles RT 80260. The construction contractor acts as side contractors for the project and the LVIAS contractors who are subordinated to the main work. In addition to the General Contracting Terms YSE 1998, the Agreement shall be accompanied by a Subjugation Agreement on LVIS (LVIS) in accordance with RT 80271.
The acquisition is subject to Oulu Sivakka Oy/Myllytullinkatu 5 LVIA technical works.
