The Carl von Ossietzky University of Oldenburg intends to award a framework contract for the supply of office supplies over a period of four years in accordance with the attached item price list Annex A. The prerequisite for the award is the integration of the bidder's online shop, in particular with the framework contract articles, into the EDE system (purchasing portal) of the Carl von Ossietzky University. It must be ensured that the software systems of the supplier and the university can be linked in accordance with the university's specifications. In order to check the requirement for the connection to the new supplier system, an examination procedure will be carried out by the university's IT Services Department. Registration for participation in the examination procedure can now be applied for via the announcement portal under the heading "Communication". The delivery of the goods takes place exclusively and always DDP place of use in the currently valid version of the Incoterms directly to the workplace (desk or copier/storage location).
