The subject of this contract is the treatment of bio-waste by composting of the municipalities and EPCI members of Valodea. The term "bio-waste" means: household or municipal green waste, on an experimental basis, it is possible that over the duration of the market, some communities adhering to Valodea engage in collecting the fermentable fraction of household waste. If this were the case, in agreement with the holder of the contract, such waste could also be treated.
