The target of the acquisition is the end-user services of the Client's (Business Finland Oy, Finnish Funding Agency for Innovation, Business Finland Venture Capital Oy) Finnish and foreign offices, which include the following Services and their equipment:

• L1: Työasemapalvelut

• L2: Mobiililaitepalvelut

• L3: User Support -Servicedesk, including 2. Level support

• L4: Local support (Helsinki metropolitan area)

• Other further development work separately ordered by the Customer

The object of the procurement is described in more detail in Appendix 1.0, Description of the object of procurement. Business Finland's offices abroad are described in more detail in Appendix 10.0, Business Finland offices. In addition, Business Finland Oy's subsidiaries (Business Finland USA Inc. and Finchi Innovation Center Co.) will take advantage of the future agreement.

The provision of the Supplier's services shall be based on the following principles in order to guarantee an optimal service solution throughout the life cycle of the service environment, covering, among other things:

• Käyttäjätuen, lähituen

• Workstation and mobile terminal management and maintenance services

• Application expertise of terminal devices

• Desktop and application virtualization

• Remote management, self-service and automation

• Recycling and scrapping.
