The contract includes the object planning services of the service profile buildings and interiors according to § 33 ff HOAI in conjunction with Annex 10 HOAI, work phases 3-9 for the general renovation of the triple gymnasium of the secondary school Zwiesel.

The district of Regen intends to renovate the triple gymnasium of the state secondary school Zwiesel (Hochstraße 1, 94227 Zwiesel). The complex consists of the school building (built in 1972) and the triple gymnasium (built in 1975). The buildings are connected by a connecting corridor. The planned renovation relates to the triple gymnasium. In the course of the renovation work, the following points are expected to be carried out:

- renovation of façade and roof,

- improvement of fire safety and road safety,

- Renewal of heating distribution

- Making accessibility

- Renovation of sanitary facilities

- Renewal of lighting and electrical systems

- Renovation of the flooring.

The basic construction of the building is to be essentially retained, but the requirements of a meeting place are also to be met.
