The provision of the service object of this contract, has as its primary purpose the achievement of the best state of conservation of the equipment, elements, components and parts that make up the Fire Protection facilities in several centers dependent on the IAS, as well as to facilitate the obtaining of functions and benefits that the facilities must comply with and ensure their conduction and correct operation, performing all the necessary maintenance to minimize possible breakdowns. On the other hand, the adequacy of these facilities to the functional needs demanded by the IAS at all times is sought, maintaining a correct and acceptable balance between the benefits they provide and their operating cost. The purpose includes, in particular, compliance with all regulations in force.
