The National Transport Unit of the Prison and Probation Service transports persons deprived of their liberty in various types of vehicles. The purpose of this procurement is to carry out a pilot test of a new type of vehicle with a new type of interior design for the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.

The procurement concerns vehicles with a total weight of approximately 4-6 tonnes intended for the transport of persons deprived of their liberty. The vehicles shall be equipped with individual soundproof compartments for at least 4 clients, as well as additional passengers.
