The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2017, item 788, as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of forest cultivation and protection , fire protection, logging and skidding, and maintenance of logging routes, maintenance of tourist facilities and ancillary works related to the implementation of the above, to be carried out at the Strzyżów Forest District in 2019. Machine harvesting is allowed.

Machine harvesting is allowed.

The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the sum of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, and maintenance of logging routes, maintenance of tourist facilities and ancillary works related to the implementation of the above, to be carried out in the Strzyżów Forest District, resulting from Annex No. 3 to the ToR, which consists of Annex 3.1. - size of works according to activities, Annex 3.2. - difficulty zones and logging distances and Annex 3.3 - timber harvesting system.

3) A detailed description of the works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 3, respectively. The material ranges are listed in Annexes 3.1.-3.3. are estimates,

4) A detailed description of the technology for performing individual forest works (activities) included in the subject of the contract is included in Annex 4 to the ToR.

5) Descriptions of activity codes describing individual works (activities) included in the subject of the order are described in Annex 4 to the ToR.

6) Description of the rules for the procedure of acceptance of works is included in Annex 5 to the ToR.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 item 6 of the PZP, within 3 years from the date of awarding the basic contract. These orders will consist of repetition of services similar to those covered by this contract.

5.2. Orders referred to in point 5.1. will consist of repetition of services compatible with the services covered by this contract. The material scope of services which are the subject of the contracts referred to in point 5.1. will cover works in the field of forest cultivation and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, including activities indicated by nature in Annex 3 to the ToR, whose detailed description of the implementation technology is included in Annex 4 to the ToR, and similar services. Material scope of services which are the subject of the contracts referred to in point 5.1. will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.

5.3. Orders referred to in point 5.1. will be awarded after a separate public procurement procedure has been conducted under the single-source procurement procedure.

5.4. Orders referred to in point 5.1. will be granted in the event of a need to increase the material scope of services that are the subject of the contract as a result of natural or atmospheric conditions, changes in the wood sales market or entrusting the economic operator with new economic or public tasks, as well as in the absence of the possibility of selecting forestry contractors for basic reasons procedures for awarding contracts, to secure the necessary performance of work and in the case of entrusting the contractor with work representing a substitute performance for work carried out by another contractor.

5.5. Place of execution of the orders referred to in point 5.1. will be the administrative area of the Strzyżów Forest District.
