The district hospital in Wolgast is a hospital with around 180 beds for basic and standard care in Eastern Western Pomerania. It consists of a system of several buildings around a connected building complex with different uses. The planning of the 4th implementation phase deals with the renovation of the bed house on the ground floor, 1st floor, 2nd floor and the addition of an attic. Except for necessary adjustments, the basement is excluded.

The majority of the construction work was carried out from 2015 to 2017. The present tender deals with the outstanding renovation of the second floor of the west wing.

- 17 m 2nd Plaster subsequent wall openings;

- 150 m closing of wall slots;

- 65 m 2nd Plaster repairs on ceilings;

- 1 170 m 2nd Wall surfaces with glass fleece wallpaper including painting;

- 785 m 2nd Overhaul painting on wall surfaces;

- 280 m 2nd Ceiling surfaces with painting fleece and painting;

- 185 m 2nd Overhaul painting on ceilings.
