The Deltion College aims to contract one Contractor to perform Job marketing services. The size of the value of the contract exceeds the (European) tendering limit, making European tendering necessary.

With this tender for Job marketing services, Deltion College aims to contract one Contractor for the period of 4 (four) years who provides the following services and achieves objectives:

• Tailoring Job marketing campaigns, paying attention to the function and associated target group, especially with scarce functions*;

• Providing proactive (media) advice;

• Being able to act quickly on a request for a question;

• Being able to unburden both advice and implementation;

• Reporting on results and adjusting accordingly / being able to measure effects**.
