The subject of the order is the delivery of off-road combustion forklift lifts with a capacity of 4,5 T 4x4 and high-lift battery forklift trucks in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter III of the SWZ and the quantities and assortment shown in the table in Chapter III of the SWZ, whereby the quantities included in the table, in the column 'quantity in option' can be used after the basic quantity included in the column 'basic quantity' when the Ordering Party needs exist in this respect. The intention to exercise the right of option referred to in Article 31 (2) of the Pzp Act, together with specifying the quantity of the ordered object of the contract, the Contractor shall inform the Contractor (in writing or by email or fax).
