The aim of the contract is to enter into parallel framework agreements with one or several tenderers for low price tickets and flexible tickets for passenger air transport, for official journeys that employees in NAV make in Norway.

The framework agreement will allow one or several suppliers for low price tickets and flexible tickets.

Flexible tickets means flights that can be changed up until the time of departure without extra cost.
