1. The subject of the contract is the provision of physical and technical protection services at the facilities of MOSiR "Bystrzyca" in Lublin Spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością.

2. A detailed description is included in the Offer Estimate and the Description of the subject of the contract, which are respectively Annex. No. 1A. and Annex. No. 2 to SWZ.

3. The Ordering Party requires that activities directly related to the implementation of the subject of the contract be performed by persons employed under an employment contract based on Article 22 §1 of the Act of 26 June 1976 – (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1510), excluding mass events and intervention groups, where the Ordering Party allows other forms of employment. A detailed scope of activities is included in the Annex. No. 2 to SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the provision of physical and technical protection services on the premises of the Municipal Sports and Recreation Center "Bystrzyca" in Lublin Limited Liability Company.
