This contract has been awarded in accordance with an adapted procedure, in accordance with Articles R2123-1-1°, R2123-4 and R2123-5 of the French Public Procurement Code.All services will be remunerated by applying unit prices to the quantities actually executed.The contract comprises several phases of execution as follows: - firm slice: comps catchment field - the supply and installation of 130 ml of Dn1000 cast iron pipes and related fittings;- optional tranche no. 1: The supply and installation of four (4) Dn1000 and Dn800 gate valves - the firming period is 1 month from the start of the services of the preparatory phase of the firm tranche;- optional tranche no. 2: Supply and installation of a 10,000 L anti-hammer tank - the firming period is 1 month from the start of the services of the preparatory phase of the firm tranche;
