Full renovation of the Wildparkstadion Karlsruhe - project management and technical-economic consulting services
The city of Karlsruhe is the owner of the football stadium in the wildlife park in Karlsruhe. Due to the outdated building structure and the associated large number of structural inadequacies, it does not make sense to renovate the existing stadium. On October 21, 2014, the City Council of Karlsruhe decided to rebuild the existing stadium in the wildlife park as a modern, future-proof stadium for around 34,000 visitors as part of a full renovation. The newly built stadium in the wildlife park is to be the venue for the home games of the KSC and, in addition, to serve various other purposes and be used in a multifunctional manner.
In December 2016, a Europe-wide negotiation process for the tendering of the planning and construction work was started, which was successfully concluded with the signing of the total contract between the city of Karlsruhe and BAM Sports GmbH on November 19, 2018.
The city of Karlsruhe - acting through its own operation "football stadium in the wildlife park" - acts as the client and is supported by the KASIG - Karlsruher Schieneninfrastructure-Gesellschaft mbH. To support KASIG internally in the implementation of the full renovation, it hereby announces project management services based on AHO No. 9 as well as other technical consulting and planning services.
