The assignment includes engineering design and construction of a new building with 17 apartments, 10 emergency rooms, a personnel base and common functions for persons with drugs and alcohol problems. An outdoor areas shall also be established, the existing building shall be demolished and a new small building (robust housing) shall be constructed.

— Construction of a new main building;

— Safeguarding the decisions in the zoning plan;

— Maintain necessary infrastructure during the construction period;

— Construction of an outdoor facility;

— Delivery and installation of fixtures and equipment.
