The Contracting Authority intends to purchase "Microsoft Licenses and Software Assurance" in accordance with the requirements described in the Descriptive Document.

The maximum value of the framework agreement is € 5,500,000 excluding VAT. This maximum value is based on the current purchase and also takes into account a possible expansion of the products to be purchased (both in numbers and in type of licenses) during the term of the Framework Agreement.
