The subject of the call for tenders is the provision and technical operation of an SAP personnel management system with functionalities for general master data administration, execution and follow-up processing of payroll and reimbursement of travel expenses, mapping organizational structures, maintaining and managing qualification data as well as seminar administration and booking. Statistics, analysis and controlling functionalities are required across the listed functionality fields. An electronic personnel file must also be provided. Self-service functionalities and application and approval workflows should also be provided via Fiori apps (for employees only).

The provision of master data maintenance as well as carrying out payment accounting and for all three groups mentioned above as well as travel expense accounting (for employees only) and personnel file management (for employees and early retirement workers) must be offered as a mandatory optional service on the system described above.
