Open call for tenders in accordance with articles R2161-2 to R2161-5 of the French Public Procurement CodeThis consultation consists of:- Removal and disposal of replaced equipment mainly in the dishwasher room and the self-service area.- Supply, installation and commissioning of new equipment:- Dishwashing machine with automatic locker advancement - Dishwasher with hood - Tray washing machine - Waste disposal disposal / Waste centrifuge - Frying unit 3 fryers in Refrigerated hot preparation cabinet with 3-level display case and ramp trays-Heated cabinet with 2 vitro plates Gn2/1 and 1 plate Gn1/1Contract at global and fixed priceThe contract can only be carried out in coordination with the works contract which is the subject of a separate consultation. Duration of the contract: 9 months from notificationThe installation of the equipment must take place during the summer holidays 2024 for completion Imperative at the end of August 2024
