The purpose of this contract is to collaborate with a SEPP responsible for carrying out a number of tasks defined by law or agreed under this contract.

The duly approved External Occupational Prevention and Protection Service shall carry out the following tasks:

— tasks and tasks related to health surveillance;

— the support of the internal prevention and protection service at work in its tasks. The SIPP coordinates the shares;

— tasks and tasks within the framework of legislation concerning psychosocial aspects and those relating more specifically to the problem of psychosocial risks, violence and moral or sexual harassment in the workplace;

— assistance in providing various specific training in connection with the Law on Welfare and Prevention and Protection at Work, the hierarchical line and workers, to ensure their information and possess the capacity to document them in relation to the aforementioned fields;

— the services which may be requested and to be able to be performed under this contract are all services which may be applied for in accordance with the legislation of a SEPP and which are not performed by the common SIPP of the contracting authorities. The division of tasks between SIPP and SEPP is set out in the annex.
