The preparation of valuation reports and survey plans for land and buildings requires:

• in the context of proceedings for the disposal of immovable property (in implementation of circular BB 2010/02)

• in the case of amicable purchases or expropriation of immovable property (as discussed at Commission Meeting No C278-BIN21 of 29 June 2010)

By buildings are meant all built-up plots. These can be homes, apartments, duplexes, garages, commercial houses, cultural buildings, industrial buildings, buildings for worship, ... be.

The purpose of this public contract is to conclude an agreement with five participants, provided that the number of suitable tenders is sufficiently large.

The conclusion of an agreement on the basis of these specifications does not give the service provider the right of exclusivity. The client may, if necessary, have services, identical or analogous to those described in this specification, performed by other service providers during the period of validity of the contract. The service provider cannot claim any compensation in this respect.
