The Authority wishes to invite tenders under an open procedure with the objective of engaging a service provider to provide SPSV technology, auditing and consultancy services.

This includes research and analysis in relation to fare structures, review and exploration of taximeter technology and usage, and technical consultancy in regard to vehicle standards, including electric and wheelchair accessible vehicles. It also includes analysis and advice with regard to Bus Technology, auditing and consultancy.

The following is an indicative list of the SPSV technology, auditing and consultancy services required.

The Principal Consultant is expected to be a person (or persons) with significant experience in technical consultancy in relation to fare structures, taximeter technology and usage and vehicle standards.
