OGVO provides tailor-made secondary education for pupils in the Venlo region. The Education Community is a collaboration foundation made up of three equivalent campuses: Blariacum College, College Den Hulster and the Valuas College and a Service Unit.

The estimate is based on the current spending of the contracting authority, all amounts listed are exclusive of VAT. In its budget, the contracting authority has an annual average budget of €210,000 for both plots for all the products listed in the procurement documents. The final budget is determined annually.

Contracts to be concluded should be qualified as a framework agreement within the meaning of the Procurement Act 2012, which will therefore be concluded at a maximum value of 200% of the amounts mentioned above, in order to avoid exceeding the estimated value before the term of the framework agreement has expired.
